2022 AYCC will be held in Edmonton on April 23-24. Travel grant holders must provide receipts to be reimbursed for their travel expenses.
To be eligible for travel grants, a player must have particiated minimum of 3 CJCC monthly events (tournaments or chess schools, coaching in chess school or chess-in-library also counts) between September 1, 2021 and April 22, 2022.
For those who have won the tournaments (CYCC on Mar 19/20) but have not played enough tournament in CJCC, you can consider to play the two tournaments on April 2nd and April 10th, then you will be eligible for the travel grants.

2020 Calgary Junior Regional Championship Tournament will be held on Saturday November 7th, 2020, 1:00 pm. Format: 5-round Swiss on lichess.org 15min/10second incremental.

U1300 (one section combines U1300 and U800):
2020 Thanksgiving Tournament will be held on Oct 3rd, 1:30pm
- Fee: $10, $3 discount for sibling
- Prize: $20/$15/$12/$10 Amazon e-gift cards for the top 3 and the top girl of each section. And $10 for the top ranked U500 in the lower section and top ranked U1000 in the upper section .
