Cancellation of March Events
Due to the developing situation of the Coronavirus in Alberta and Calgary, to reduce the safety and health risk to our members and families, CJCC Board has decided to cancel the March Tournament and March Chess School scheduled on March 14 and March 22. The Board will continue assessing the situation and will decide in two weeks if the events in April will be affected.
For the non-passholders who have paid for these two events, the registration fee will be refunded. For the passholders, we will look into the option of adding events in June, or provide some discount for purchasing passes for 2020-2021 season.
Thank you for your understanding and keep healthy! Practising online is a best way to playing chess at home. CJCC may organize casual unrated tournament on chesskids.com. Keep tuned.
